  Vern was very good to deal with on the phone providing all the information I needed to book in a tint for my car. Work was done in the time stated, and the workmanship was very good. On pickup, William explained all the aftercare information very well. Very professional and well worth the money. Thanks guys.

  Terrible Customer Service. Hi guys so unfortunate because everything but the execution was great but such a simple thing that let you and the brand down. Booked car in about 4 days before the job, I was overseas at a conference and the day after I got back I drove an hour to come and see you and get the job done, I was then informed you had rang me and assumed it was a no show so bumped my job, I couldn't answer the phone and the number was blocked as was overseas, no message left and assumed everything was okay. Customer Service 101 guys, leave a message if you cant get hold of somebody or try and text or capture email at initial enquiry - dont just bump the job on the assumption they are a no show.
