  I suggest you rename yourselves Tony's Tyre Dis-Service because that's what I've just experienced. I made an appointment yesterday to drop off a tyre for repair and specified the make and model of my car. I turned up this morning, and the young squirt on reception told me they had nothing which could release the spare as it's stored under the car & secured by a large screw in the pan of the boot. Oh and "It's an unusual car". Seriously? It's a Peugeot 405. Not that unique. You're a tyre shop. That's supposed to be what you do: repair - if possible - and supply tyres. Or not, in my case.
