  Had been emailing Richard at top cars to organise the pick up of a car on Saturday, drove up to Hamilton from Wellington to find when we get there he had been emailing two people and got confused therefore promising the car to two people so the car we drove up for was gone. Terrible service, should be more onto it to make sure this doesn't happen Would not recommend
