  Every time we vist Torpedo 7 Taupo it's with great pleasure. The staff are welcoming and pleasant and very helpful. We are in the service industry and know how hard it is to please everyone. It's our favorite shop in town keep up the good work ☺

  Good experience renting bikes from Torpedo7. They sized bikes for us, and outfitted us with helmets, flat kits, and cable lock, and helped us with directions. The staff took the time to ensure we were comfortable with everything--no rush or pressure. Their prices looked from my research to be matched with competitors. Their location in central Taupo was convenient, with several public parking lots a couple of block away. We did have some derailleur difficulty with one of the bikes out on the trail--thus 4 stars instead of 5, but the shop made it right with a refund. We would rent from Torpedo7 again.

  Really good experience here, lovely staff helped me put the binding on my new snowboard and showed me how, and gave me some quite useful advices.

  Great Service, had people approach me asking if i needed help and resolved what i needed quickly and efficiently, the staff are very attractive people as well always a plus

  Fairly large store. It has quite a selection of snow and riding gear. They have customer parking in their driveway.
