  Dear Travel Corner Mt Eden, Please do advise your customers properly. The person I spoke to, he was good with everything. I was in an urgent to book the tickets but forgot to ask for the seat preference as it was 6.30pm. It would still be one of his duties to remind a customer about their seat preference in which the booking rep failed. This crashed my entire mood and I will have to travel with the seat HE CHOSE ME TO! Completely ridiculous. Wish I was in my senses.
