  Enjoyed the family room we stayed in very spacious for 6 of us and clean also enjoyed the pool was abit small but was good enough to swim in and the weather was amazing. But wasnt happy with the service that was given and felt like we got judged as soon as we got there as we all must have looked young to Manager/Owner (our age group 28-30) but our intentions were only to come here and relax and enjoy gisborne as it was all our first time. Felt like the manager had an attitude once we got there wasnt going to let us stay because he thought we were in a gang which i thought was funny i dont know maybe it was because we were maoris. We really just wanted to relax in peace and enjoy our stay as we travelled a fair way (3hours) and couldnt be bothered going elsewhere as we didnt really know the area and most of the motels were booked out. So we put up with his attitude for that reason. It wasnt welcoming at all the manager you were rude you werent helpful and you need to skill up on your customer service!! Had you not assume we were going to trash your hotel or disrespect it in anyway as you may have thought and just let us be you would have got a very good review cause we enjoyed our stay. We didnt appreciate the way we were treated and would never come back and stay again !!

  Nice setup, decent rooms! Good for a night coming from somewhere nearby
