::Came in for follow up anomaly scan and the lady was sick.. coughing blowing her nose through out my scan. She was quiet. I didn't know what she was going on coz she was quiet the whole time then I asked what I was having she rudely replied" I don't know, I couldn't see and that is not on the list of the things I gotta check" umm okay... never again.

::You need to work on your customer service skills such as greeting patients with a smile, give more comments during scan, and ensure patients feel they are welcomed and they receive the level of service they are paying for. Will be going to another provider next time.
