  Very pleased with the little wait i had for my xray welcoming and smiling faces at the reception I would definitely go back there if the need should arise

  Not overly impressed. Went in for a follow up ultrasound that I was paying cash for and the lady started, then looked shocked and proceeded to walk off to consult a superior she came back saying "sweet stuff all" except that she couldn't complete my ultrasound so I left. I was very confused shocked and worried. Stupid really as I had an ultrasound previously at another place in kensington and they were awesome they could see heaps and they communicated well, I don't know to this day why they wouldn't do the ultrasound for me. I've had plenty of tests in my life, appointments, medical exams etc including 3 MRIS but never had such weird service.

  Needed to have early scan due to previous ectopic pregnancy. I read the other reviews of this place but thought I'd try my luck anyway as they could get me in earliest. On the day of the scan, they rang to say they have to reschedule as the sonographer is sick (surely they have more than one?!) The earliest they could reschedule me to was 8 days time!! If it is an ectopic, I'd be 8 weeks pregnant by then and facing an emergency situation. Poor service!!!
