  Not a great experience. Customer service poor. Had a treat me voucher for oil and filter change and general inspection check. Wouldn’t provide schedule of checks done - suspect none were. Tyres certainly weren’t until I prompted about wear.

  Half arsed 20 minute wheel alignment, steering still not square afterwards. Said they balanced the wheels but original weights were still on the wheel when I picked the car up

  Bad Service.Totally unhappy with the service i got from the guy with the long hair at the front desk.He was just hopeless at customer service.I would never recommend anyone to go to this place because they lie to make money.1 lie makes you lie 100 times.How do you get a sleep at night?When i confronted the guy with long hair with his poor service,he started showing attitude.I dont know how they run the business with such a bad service.

  Excellent service. Brakes quoted were half the price of another shop down the road. Had WOF done here. Honest genuine guys working in the shop. Today I came to get a tyre puncture repair done, and they do this for free. A true gem in Petone.
