  Have taken my car in over last two years , Found these guys very helpful from the get go awsome service , honnest , fast , and well priced . A+++ fantastic service.

  Took my car in for an oil change. They came back quoting over $1000 worth of repairs I needed to make and said I shouldn’t have passed my warrant (which I had got two weeks ago from another mechanics). I took my car back to the original mechanics they had three mechanics re-check over the car and said it was fine. Obviously Tuffy are trying to find work for themselves. Would not recommend.

  I've dealt with Tuffy's twice so far in the small business I work for and they have been super accommodating each time, fitting us in at short notice and dropping the vehicles off to us (in Lower Hutt) once the work is done. I'm really impressed with their service. Thanks team!

  The staff were really friendly, helpful and seemed upfront and honest about everything. Work was done quickly and they took it through the WOF as well which was super convenient. I liked the small charge for 'Environmental & recycling', shows they're aware of it.
