::Horrible customer service in their retail shop! Called the Hastings branch to see if they had a Weber Kettle rotisserie which the guy said they had, I went into the store and the guy tried to show me a weber sprit rotisserie. The guy said he would order me the item in. I called two weeks later and another guy answered the phone saying that the first guy never ordered the item and he would in fact now order the item. One week later I contacted the store again and the item still hadn’t been ordered. My contact details were taken again and I am yet to hear anything. Horrible customer service! Weber is a great product and I’m sure that wouldn’t want a supplier branding themselves as a Weber specialist when they don’t even know the difference between the products or even know how to order them in.

::Blair from Turfrey's in Hastings was punctual, displayed excellent workmanship and his attention to detail was second to none. Turfrey's can count themselves lucky to have a gas fitter of his calibre. Thank you Blair. 5 stars for you. Meri and Chris Robin

::The Turfrey Store Trade Me listing shown in the photo (see tab) was manifestly false. I paid a significant sum for a vehicle listed as having done 74000km, only to find (money having changed hands and me having no way of getting back to Gisborne apart from accepting the vehicle) that the real mileage was 83000. I would expect an online retailer to be more trustworthy. And in response to your reply, I don't accept that misrepresenting a vehicle's mileage by 9000km, especially when you: (a) made the low mileage of the vehicle a selling point, (b) edited the price on theTradeMe ad two days before the sale and had opportunity to amend the mileage at the same time (c) made a separate false statement in the ad about the vehicle's diesel miles and (d) did not reply to the dispute claim I lodged with TradeMe, is indicative of honesty. The Trade Me listing was a Turfrey store listing (hence the review here), and the vehicle was a business vehicle purchased from Eva Bradley Photography (hence the review there)-both on Google Maps. Your depiction of this as character assassination of this as "multiple online platforms" is a maladroit ad hominem attack, while your misrepresentation of the timeline of events seems entirely in character.
