::Phoned and asked if they would be interested in our old car. Described the car in detail and was told to bring it in and assured they would be able to offer us something for it, even if it wasn't a lot. On arrival they took one look at it and said they weren't interested. Massive waste of our time.

::i went to them to value my car, its 2007 mazda, nice car, bought it for more than 6k. but their valuation was 2k !! That is ridiculous and insult, these people are total rip off. Never gonna go back to them, Never ever.
