  Had a nail in my left rear tyre. went to tyre works rotorua to get this removed. i was charged for the repair at $24 thats fine, then i was also charged $10 for fitting and balanceing $3.50 for a valve. have a issue with this as i watched the tyre tech not replace the valve and not ballance the tyre. i dont mind paying for work done but i will not return to this store as if you try to rip me off on a small purchase i could only assume that this would happen again if i was replacing all 4 tyres. sorry tyre works but thats bad customer service

  Put a big scrape on my alloy wheel while fixing a puncture. Best to use a more careful shop than these guys. At least they did offer to fix it by sending the wheel away for a few days for repair, too bad that would effectively render the car unusable during that time.
