  Recently bought a new car here and I must say I could only describe the experience as positive. Substantial premises with plenty of vehicles on display and the salesman Mark H was very polite and efficient but not pushy in any way. Mark let me make my own decision but assisted me along the way. Would highly recommend if looking for a new or second hand car.

  Booked into do work got to the Mount they told me the job had been transferred to Tauranga ??? no phone call no sorry just wasting my time.

  I cannot fault main service desk at Ultimate Motor Group, they have always been professional and and respectful. My only issue is with the courtesy driver. The lady was very rude and made the whole experience of getting my company ute serviced unpleasant. Not even a thank-you or goodbye was returned when departing at my destination point. A smile and a polite greeting go along way to making a customer feel respected, not to mention it makes a long trip a lot less awkward!
