  The staff are friendly, helpful, kind and compassionate. The best service I have had from a pharmacy. I have been a regular for many years and they deliver ver a constant professional service.

  Staff are fantastic, always helpful. You can ph for a repeat script to be done so easily and you can have scripts faxed as well.

  Worst service I've received anywhere. Dropped in a script, was told 10 minutes, store wasn't busy (staff standing idle). Gave them 15 and returned and got told to wait. Pointed out I'd just collected my mum from hospital, and she was waiting in the car in the hot sun and asked how much longer it'd be - got told 10 minutes. Gave them another 15 and came back, script still not ready. 10 minutes later script finally ready, no apology - but staff out the back talking about "well I didn't say 10minutes" etc etc. If they were so busy they needed 40+minutes they should've said.
