::The staff were quite friendly when I asked questions about getting an ear piercing. However, the quality of the process was terrible. My ears were pierced unevenly and the staff tried to cover it up saying "that's how it's supposed to look" when it was quite obvious that it wasn't. I was very unhappy, but didn't bother to ask about refunds.
