  Went in today and spoke to Niki about how I got a passport photo last week and needed a online copy. She was hostile and very grumpy. Not a good customer service experience won't shop there again.

  Went in today to enquire about a prescription. The lady that attended me looked unhappy to see me and was really rude. My prescription was not there and I queried whether it may have been sent to another unichem pharmacy and is there a way I could get them to check it for me.. lady refused and was so unhelpful. Quite sad really for a place that is supposed to provide a health service, the staff are not approachable and make customers feel like they can't ask for help! Will not be returning to this pharmacy.

  My Nana had her prescription filled here and the staff were nice and friendly. Nan's queries were answered and they were helpful and respectful. A number of times in Mangere/Otahuhu, the pharmacists/staff talk down to my grandparents thinking they do not understand English and are rude and judgemental. So it was refreshing to get a different experience here.
