  Went in looking for a common non-prescription medication the name of which I did not remember, left empty-handed and frustrated by unhelpfulness of the staff. Went to a different pharmacy with the same query, was offered a wide range of products immediately.

  Had my prescription faxed here, went to collect the next day and after a ten minute wait was told they had none in stock and couldn't fill it. Considering my number is on the prescription a phone call to tell me not to waste my time coming in to collect it would have been appreciated. The girl who served me was beyond vacant and didn't seem to think basic customer service was necessary. Asked for a phone call to let me know when it was back in stock and I could pick it up, I was told I'd be put on a list to call. Went in a week later to ask about my prescription and they'd had my pills in stock for two days! Not that I'd received a phone call. I'll be using a different pharmacy from now on.

  They are helpful and able to get any pills within couple hours or next day.

  Professional, knowledgable, and respectful. I have been going to this pharmacy for over two years - and will continue to do so.
