  I went to the bathroom (kitchen) sale show at ASB showground today 25 Sep 2016. There were two staffs, one women and one men. Everything went smoothly and I decided to buy a set of kitchen mixer, the women gave me the product and told me to bring it to the entrance for payment, so I was about to leave and heading to the entrance to make a payment but was then holed by the old kiwi men and been told that I can't take the product and leave their booth unless I made the payment at the entrance and bring the invoice back to him... (while other KIWI and White purchasers just took the products with them and paid at the entrance) Obviously it's quite racial and really wasted my time... so shame on you.

  As a plumber and gas fitter I deal with Universals on a regular basis. Any problems that I may have with a product they replace, or organise to get it fixed straight away, no questions asked (it has only happened once in my 14 years dealing with them). There prices are very competitive with other plumbing suppliers. So much so that they supplied all the fittings and fixtures for my own bathroom! I recommend these guys to all my customers because I know they will be helped out by knowledgeable staff and great customer service.

  when we were doing major renovations, I met David at an outlet sale for one of Universal Plumbing Plus suppliers. He was extremely helpful and offered very competitive prices. I dealt with them over a period of a year and won't hesitate to do so again. Also gave great advice about different shower drain options. I refer all our friends who are doing renovations to them.
