  Me and my little girl Eva Watkins (6 years old) came to the after hours clinic. Eva had fallen over and slipt her hed open. Mary the nurse is a credit to you guys!! beauiful manner and was amazing with my daughter. She put us and my daughters needs first.  She did beautiful stitchers which a doc in lower hutt amirered. Mary made a horrible thing into a gental relaxed experience. just wanted you guys to know how wonderful she is. Kate Watkins.

  Waiting times on phones are not acceptable. Been on hold for 10 mins. It is first thing in the morning. Got super frustrated because the voice tells you to keep holding every 20 seconds but doesn't actually give any information for WHY YOU ARE STILL ON HOLD. Every time there's at least a 10 minute hold time. You need to deal with it. You upped your enrolment and now can't cope with the load.
