  I went in there once to buy a collar for my cat and I wanted for ten minutes while the lady was on the phone taking to her friend in the end I just walked out!

  I want to thank them so much for passing on my phone number to a concerned gardener who had a very sick hedgehog in her garden. She had called several other vets (who also have my number) but it was Vet Ent who took the time to find my number and pass it on. Goes to show that care for sick wildlife, even if it is still a pest to some, is a priority at this clinic.!!! Well done
