  We've stayed here a number of times and it is always the first place I check when I need to stay in Christchurch - the staff are always really friendly, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, and it is good value.

  Booked ground floor but given 1st floor. Too many details requested at reception . Back window overlooked rubbish bins and blowflies. Owner walked in without knocking . Will not stay there again.

  Hotel says A/C in units. Arrived to find no A/C in unit. Supposedly this is only unit without. However they advertise as having in all units.

  Very nice and neat. The economic friendly services were very warming and made the room more comfortable
