  Terrible, just terrible. If I could give zero stars then I would. My hair was worse after the appointment. There is a reason they are always on grabone, as I am convinced nobody would go back a second time. First my appointment was mixed up, the lady doing my hair was rude and disinterested (Sadly I forgot her name, as she didn't talk, to me much, was running off and no name tag). Then was she was blow-drying my hair, I said is was hot- as she put the blow-dryer super close to my scalp, she had the nerve to roll her eyes!!!!! She didn't listen to what I wanted, I wanted blonde highlights, as natural as possible- she put way too much bronze in and my hair was darker after the appointment!! Not what I wanted or her asked for!!! Then on top of that they charged me extra, because toner was used' and the deal did not include toner- they did not ask me if I wanted toner, as I would have said no. Also since the appointment my hair now needs super knotty - it never got this knotty before, probably a result of cheap products they use. Never going back, I would never recommend to anyone, else I really wanted them to suffer!!!
