  They were quick to greet, but then fake. No questions asked, very judgemental not somewhere I will recommend to anyone. Customer Service was poor.

  It was a busy a day I will grant them that but my whole treatment felt rushed - as they were in a rush I was told I didnt need a toner (I most certainly did) and didnt get the conditioning treatment that was meant to be included in the package. I guess they thought I wouldnt notice.
