  I rate VOCUS with NO STARS but would not be able to post comment unless I ticked a star :( Customer service staff called Kyran is RUDE, LOUD, talks over you and unhelpful. I have had 3 sims sent to me and none of them worked. As a result, my business phone has been inactive for over 4 weeks. Wanted to terminate contract but they refused to cancel penalty even though have not had use of phone for over 4 weeks! This is not to mention that the last request submitted on 8 Jan did not get picked up until today 30 Jan! "Manager" said he will get back to me within a week as they need to make sure that the problem is not with VOCUS. At least the Manager is calm and professional Funny how sim card from every other provider works on the same phone but all of the VOCUS's sim that was sent DID NOT WORK! Wonder how much longer I have to wait and whether I can charge them for all the inconveniences, messages and phone calls missed? Totally useless. Will never ever touch them again or recommend them to anyone. Extremely disappointed :(:(
