  Absolutely terrible customer service. Both Vodafone employees were aloof and difficult to understand. On Friday 12/01/2018 at 12:40 pm, the shop itself looked unwelcoming since the wide entrance door was shut on this warm sunny day, there was no air con on so I don't understand why they would shut the main door. The guy at the counter couldn't be bothered serving me so I had to wait for the other employee to finish talking to another. The other shop person was a woman who I couldn't understand because of her strong foreign accent. All I wanted was a $5.00 sim card and an IPhone 6 wallet case and what could've taken roughly 30 seconds ended up being 3-4 minutes of miscommunication as well as frustration on my part. And to make it worse, her attitude towards me was very rude and unfriendly as though she couldn't wait to get rid of me. Couldn't even get a simple 'thank you' from her. Needless to say that this was the most appalling experience I've had with Vodafone staff and both of these people should be fired. Vodafone, please employ friendlier staff who actually care about their customer's needs because the two you had on that day obviously don't. I'll never go back there!
