  Took phone in under warranty. Staff arrogant and condescending! Don’t really care to listen, but quick to shut us up and walk away as we were speaking! I remember a time when Vodafone staff were friendly and helpful, that was far from the case this time!

  Long wait, queue of 6, not enough staff to deal with demand. My issue was not resolved.
