  ok for a nights crash - cheap accom. Rooms certainly not 4star, dirty carpets, no sky tv, booked a carpark - not avail when booked in, breakfast pathetic stale sandwiches, noise between floors, beds average. would only stay here again if wanted cheap, but certainly not for a pleasant hotel experience. take your own coffee and tea bags, not even enough cups in the room - had to call room service. very basic hotel

  Horrific hotel. Me and my partner stayed in room 805. For starters the room I booked on the internet was not the room I had got at the hotel. I was extremely annoyed by this scam but didn't say anything as it was only 1 night. The deal they put up had photos of a nice room with a glass balcony. Our room had 2 chairs in front of the balcony door with the curtains closed so we weren't to know it was there. The room itself wasn't in the best condition. The tiles on the bathroom floor to the kitchen look like black mould on it. The bed was so uncomfortable. We had a sheet and the thinest blanket to keep us 'warm'. The booklet had told us we get sky sports and they were wiped off the TV. The complimentary breakfast of a store sandwich and box juice with a muffin wasn't the best. The website states we get more in the breakfast pack but anything for the hotel to scam and save money. Not to mention the rooms in our level were having a party, making the WORST of noise keeping us up all night and the hotel didn't do anything about this as we were up at 2 am with kids yelling on the balcony below us. The deposit of $250 is a absolute joke. The cost of something being damaged in the rooms if that was to happen does NOT equal to the amount of money you take of us at check in. Leaving money like that at the counter for a one night stay for a 'hotel' room that was horrible was not worth us being broke. We pay $150 for the room already there shouldn't be a cost deposit included, well not that bloody much! I also had no idea of the deposit UNTIL I booked the room. Was a complete scam. Also, their hotel keys weren't working when we checked in so we had to have somebody card us in every single time we needed to go in and out. Would NOT recommend staying here and I would never go back. It's not even worth a star of feedback given.

  Nice spot and allowed us in early prior to check in time. We were very tired and arrived back in nz in the am. I don't recommend breakfast Sandwich, yogurt and 🍎 would of preferred cereal and toast. Room is cosy with comfortable bed and pillows and close to areas of interest.

  Parking is an issue there, make sure it’s booked or don’t have a car. Two bedroom apartment was very small for a family of four. Staff was not very helpful. We asked twice to open a safe in our room and for a box of tissues and never get anything. Continental breakfast means a sandwich with juice and apples delivered to your room the night before. Old ripped and dirty towels. Would not recommend this place.
