  So impressed with this place. They squeezed me in for a treatment on the spot and the jacuzzi/ steam/Sauna area was great. The service was top class and very welcoming

  What a surprising gem. We had terrible weather while here, but enjoyed the many hot tubs, lovely room, and yummy dinner at the onsite restaurant.

  Beautiful place to stay in Rotorua. The desk manager Nikola is very helpful and friendly. They have a spa area!

  Incredible. I travel alot and haven't had service like this lately. I held a conference in their board room and stayed in the accommodation. Brilliant. The whole team goes beyond expectations and Binod and the new Indian trainee at the front desk especially are real gems. If I could steal them for my business I would! I will always book Waiora Lakeside for any trips to Rotorua.

  Good management... good views... the only drawback is their location away from the town center and their strict shuttle/ transport policies where you have to give them 24 hour window notice for a 10-12min ride back to the hotel
