::I stopped here for my friends birthday with 6 of us, my husband was sober dr (Southern country tour - I am in Dunedin). Us girls/guys had a cider and I enjoyed playing fetch with the "knot toy" (to the friendly dog in the bar.) Was a good time here chatting to pub staff too :)

::I highly recommend the hotel.😀 I am a traveller a few days ago from North Island and I had dinner tea in Waikaka Hotel, the food is pretty good and we had a happy chatter around and enjoy the warm and friendly atmosphere in the hotel. Hope some day visit again. Cheers. Donald! 😃
