::Poor customer service seems to be the way here, especially with two of the staff members on the NZ Post counter. Having worked in customer service jobs, I appreciate what a challenge it can be dealing with people in a challenging and rushed environment. However, customers are not an imposition, and if it were not for them, you would not have a job. One woman in particular is very unfriendly, not welcoming and just plain rude. The other has moods that seem to vary from day to day. I'll take my business elsewhere thanks.

::Customer service is poor. They get the job done but had very poor experience with the staff. She didn't even let me finish my sentence before leaving the desk to get my parcel. Very stern and not accommodating. She took my passport photo without so much letting you know if you need adjustment. My photos ended up with bad head angle and she didn't even care because she was just doing her job. I can't pay another $20 just to have it redone. If you are not happy with your job, you should leave. And even if you are not happy with your job, you should at least treat the customers with a smile and good attitude because that is what we are there too for - to be treated nicely. I am generally nice to receptionists and treat them right. If you are having a bad day because maybe another customer did not treat you nicely, do not pass it on to other people.

::Kiwibank staff are nice but the old biddy behind the NZ post counter is just not cut out for customer service. Intolerant of children in the shop and downright rude. We go to the take note place down the road just to avoid the obnoxious woman here.
