  Great day out. Friendly staff. Great stuff for the family to do. Plus the sun was Shining so that helped. Will definitely be back. 🌞😁

  We went to the Waimarino Adventure Park for an evening of sea kayaking and glow worm viewing. We were supposed to start with some wine and cheese and crackers on the dock as the sun set, but it was raining so we enjoyed the nibbles inside where it was dry. There were 3 other people on the tour with us - a couple who lived just up the road and their cousin from the UK. It was raining pretty heavy, so we weren’t able to take our good camera with us in the kayaks. Even though we didn’t get any pictures, it was still a great experience. Kayaking when its pitch black out was a really neat experience!

  Great place for a family day out - or with a group of friends. Activities are river-based, there's plenty of shaded areas, plenty of activities to do as well. Need to take a packed lunch - they have a few BBQ areas as well, and some areas can be reserved. Life jackets are worn most of the time so kids have safety gear on them while playing. A little kiosk is there that sells cold drinks. We got vouchers from Grabone which were a bargain!! Def recommend calling in especially in the summer or those odd hot days!!

  We really had an awesome time there. Loved going on the slide, kayaking, swing rope and rock wall. Family enjoyed the experience first for us doing these types of activities and it was so funny watching others having fun. Especially the blob. Thankyou...great way to start the new year off with some fun.
