  Have always had a positive experience until today. Went in politely asking for a follow up on something that I was told would be completed approx two weeks ago (I felt waiting two weeks was more then generous for something that was meant to be completed that afternoon) the receptionist went straight to the defence, throwing her hands in the air asking what I wanted her to do about it. She then said I had to write a note for her to give to the nurse and then left reception. Tall lady with short blonde hair, rude and extremely unprofessional to deal with, very disappointed. A polite “I’m sorry, let me take your details and we’ll be in touch” would have serviced not the fiasco that ensued.

  I've been in QT a year and this is now my GP. Reasonable pricing, friendly staff, sometimes a bit of a wait but often seen within 10 minutes of appointment time. Reception staff quick to answer the phone. Just out of town so less busy and less expensive than the Drs in town. Thanks!

  Never been appointed on time make sure u come with half hour to 45 minutes spare time on your busy days Registering people with work visa is also really old school they will bring all the past visa proofs to register you or u need to be on two years working visa for registration which makes appointments really expensive things definitely needs to be changed in this medical centre

  Good location without having to go into Queenstown. It's a busy office, so getting a same day appointment can be hard. Lovely staff.
