::The self service print kiosks are awesome! Just works!

::They can be good but they have bad policies of closing their services 1/2 hour before they close. In this case they should just close 1/2 hour earlier. Their open times are not true if you expect full service.

::The staff working at this branch has no knowledge of the place, it's processes or products or even the online app. I went there today and o my one staff member was able to help. No one else knew what they were doing which was quite annoying because I was in a hurry and spent 40 minutes trying to get a printout of a photo. Finally this one staff member who looked quite tired (possibly by doing everyone else's work, cos they don't know anything) helped out.. but the time wasted was so annoying.

::Staff members at the printing are best team among any of printery. They are very friendly, efficient, and communicate well. The print price is very reasonable and I print my work often. I don't know what I would do without them!

::Glad it exists in a central location, but don't know if you can get upstairs in a wheelchair. Decently organized but a lot of the common items were out of stock (certain pens, markers, etc). Lots of staff around to help answer questions.
