  I had an excellent colour photocopy done of a large valuable poster and had the poster itself laminated. They did a good job and followed my detailed instructions about cropping/guilloutining the poster to fit their machine. I had to wait a while as they were very busy - THEY WERE BUSY BECAUSE THEY DO A GOOD JOB AND EVERYONE USES THEM. You will have to wait your turn no matter the size of the job. Prices were very reasonable and the best I'd found after phoning around Auckland. Highly Recommended Service. Donna Adams, Glen Innes.

  'Service' is woeful! I went yesterday to have printing done. Duly waited for 5 mins at the 'Printing and Copying' counter and watched as two [female] of the four staff tried to look busy behind the counter whilst avoiding me and the other person also waiting. A 'girl' eventually came over when I called out and said "Are you right?" to which I said "What do you think?" She then said "Did you want something?" to which I responded "Service would be good!" I asked for a card for self printing and she then said "Can you come over to the tills?" A separate queueing counter but with the till still within her reach. I said 'No' that I was fine (where I stood) but that she could bring my change to me. Bunch of lazy muppets!

  Need organisation & the right staff who know what there doing to help & direct clients in the right direction. 1 hour is unacceptable for 2 prints seriously. This has happened on 2 occasions now I will not be returning.
