::They could do with improvement on how photocopying services are done. We have already paid and just needed to collect our printed documents however due to the number of people waiting we had to wait a long time just to collect what was done and paid for. There were hardly any customers doing other shopping at the time so it would be great if some of the staff that are not serving anyone to help out at the printing desk. Also there were customers who were looking into their emails trying to locate documents to print which took ages. There was a customer who literally spent 5 minutes trying to open a document and the staff just waited for them to do so. Have some policies in place to sort the inefficiencies please.

::Feel sorry for the great staff, because you can tell that their work conditions give their performance a bad impression on really up tight customers (you'll see a few as you scroll down). Trust me, if you had a bad experience here, it's management's fault not the staff's, that I am certain of. And if you're complaining about slow service at the copy centre it's because of the amount of people who get photo's printed, you're not the only one buying them!

::Went a couple of times and theres almost always a long queue! On top of that printing staff was too lazy to look up For the email I sent them that required printing and insisted it has not come. I had to go back home to resend it and on my second visit requested that they check the spam folder and there it was my first email. Went around 8.00 am for an urgent printout for school and the staff took quite a while to come to the counter & was busy doing another printing job.

::the service here was appaling, went in today, they had a sale buy 1 get one free but only had 1 so we asked the cashier to look up, the guy typed something on the computer and said sorry theres nothing, his whole body language said he did not know what he was doing. we left the cashier and asked another person by the name of Kin, very very helpful and said yes they have more, he fetched a whole pile.

::Lots of stuff for arty or crafty people with nice, wide isles that give the store a more open layout so that you can see where different groupings of products are from the entrance without having to go hunting.
