::Been given incorrect information when purchasing my printer purchase from Warehouse Stationary. Today went to buy replacement cartridge Warehouse Stationary price $52.99 Noel Leeming price $29.99 Same cartridge brand and size. Obviously wont be shopping there again unless I'm desperate. This was in Queenstown

::I went in to print off a few A4 colour, double sided copies. The machine quoted me $30 for a 17 page document that I thought was a bit steep but didn’t have time to go anywhere else, so just accepted it. The printer started and begun printing A3 size. I stopped it as soon as I found the cancel button but at that point the printer had already printed five of of the pages. I took it too the front till and they said I would be charged $26 for the five pages. When I told them what the machine had quoted me and changed the page size to A3 automatically, they said that was incorrect and it would have been $60 for the full printing and this could not refund me. Well, I only had $50 loaded onto the card so I know that was incorrect, I left feeling pretty ripped off and will not be going back. I’d recommend finding somewhere cheaper for your simple printing needs.

::I had a problem with a printer which was still under Warranty. I originally brought it from The Stationary Warehouse in South Dunedin. I rung them and explained the problem. While problem solving I opened 2 x NEW Large black ink and a coloured ink. The Dunedin store told that they can not replace the ink - but to take it out and cover it and it should be ok to use in the new one. They told me to take the printer to the Stationary Warehouse in Queenstown and the will give us a new one. DO NOT GO TO THE STATIONARY WAREHOUSE IN QUEENSTOWN. After 2 hours of arguing with the manager, who accused us of lying we walked out with a replacement printer. I will NEVER purchase again or visit this store. Exceptionally bag service!

::Went to buy my yearly office supplies and decided to buy an office chair as well. Was told by the assistant that there was an EXTRA $50 assembly charge attached to me taking one from the shop floor. Sorry guys but with all of the places out there selling similar products you just lost $2000 worth of sales all over a $50 assembly charge. I will be going elsewhere in future.
