::Was prepared to deal with the 3 small machines with one being broken, although there was a huge industrial machine NOT being used with a sign that said ask reception to use. My wife did and the receptionist was extremely rude to let her know that under no uncertain circumstances that it was for house keeping only (despite the sign). I then went in and kindly asked if there was any chance we could use just while it wasn’t being used by housekeeping. Again - the extremely rude receptionist let me know that not only was it for house keeping but that to get that point across she was going to put a load of washing on right that second. I’ll wash my clothes in the lake next time.
