  Fantastic service, he was happy to do the house call well outside normal working hours. Very considerate, knew the problem and fixed the washing machine very efficiently. Highly recommended

  Had the most disgusting experience with this trades men. He turned up at my house without notice he walks in my house after me asking him if I had to pay cause I didn't know what was going on. There were no arrangements for him to come to my place he just turned up. I did speak with him earlier that day in regards to me having a warranty for my washing machine he told me to call him back at 5 o'clock in the afternoon. I didn't bother my partner new excally what was wrong with. Anyway he turns up about 7pm walks in my house uses a hair dryer and accuse me of taking the washing machine apart when that didn't happen. He kept ignoring me when I asked him weather I had to pay or not. So I was lost by the time it came to him finishing the job. He demanded payment from me. I had to get the police involved with this guy he was Soo unprofessional and gave me 7days to pay even tho he wasn't spose to be here. I wasn't paying him a cent he used his hair dryer which I thought was really strange and then told me machine was fixed.
