  Next to useless opening times are wrong online. Says open till 5pm however parcel services close at 4pm, no notification of this online or outside on window. Very disappointed simple pickup service could not be provided to public during clearly stated open hours

  Super duper Friendly!!! cant describe how friendly they are. Visited to make IRDs and to pick mail package. Met different post workers but they were all kind and smile. They were so respectful.

  Good location, convenient for posting, pay bills, photo shoot for visa application. The staff are polite. However, usually have to wait because of long queuing.

  Friendly and helpful staff members. The branch have a vast floor space and offers varied service not just postal-related. If you need to verified yourself for the RealMe, then you can do that in this branch. Just make note that to do so, they'll have to take your photo, which makes you have to queue twice; as the camera is shared with their passport photo service. Parking is quite challenging to find.
