  As an international traveller this place is terrible. Getting money to them from my insurer proved to be impossible. I ended up paying out of pocket. Nevertheless I was pleased with the physician.

  Had to wait forever, nurse was rude and didn't want to see my injury on my thigh (it's your job?). Go to newtown hospital and get better service for free imo.

  As an expat you can pay $200 plus to be seen after waiting 90 minutes or you can go to a doctors office and pay $70-$90 and not have any wait... choose wisely.

  My experience in this place was Disgusting. I went there because my GP told me to see a specialist. 15 minutes visit, nice chit-chat about where I'm from, 50$ and goodbye. Those are the people supposed to take care of people? Everyone can be a specialist in this way. I call that BLACKMAIL to take as much money as possible from people. As well the nurse with retainer was the rudest person I ever meet in medical center, some people shouldn't work in public.

  Took my mum to the medical centre after a nasty skin laceration as thought it would need stitching. We were in a rush to get to the airport and it was already quite busy at 9am. They got seen promptly, politely and stitched up with clear instructions for wound care. My mum felt the nurse was efficient and professional. A good service to have available to take the pressure off the main hospital down the road.
