  I only went in for a pillow and received the same amount of high level customer service and attention as I would if I was buying a $7000 bed. Came away with a smile - and a pillow!

  We were served immediately, the sales person worked to find us exactly what we wanted and at a good price.

  I recently purchased a gel response king bed and absolutely love it. They listened to what I had to say & informed me of different products i could choose from. In the end we used a pressure mapping system to help decide. The staff at the lower hutt branch were very helpful & knowledgeable. I would highly recommend my family & friends to support Wellington Beds. Thank you guys

  Visited the lower hutt store and received great service from a very knowledgeable sales lady. Very friendly and accommodating. Loving my new bed. It is exactly what i needed and she was happy to have the legs swapped over to castors. Being in customer services myself, i notice terrible service as well as excellent service. I could not recommend lower hutt store any higher if i tried

  Shocking service. Initial mattresses bought were too hard. Manager offered an upgrade swap instead of a refund. I accepted this and they said they would have the mattress made up to pick up the following weekend. My husband went to pick it up, and was told the owner had overruled the offer. No one had informed us during the entire week we were waiting, so we're left having to go elsewhere for a mattress that is needed immediately, on a Saturday afternoon. No apology, just a salesperson saying it's nothing to do with her.
