  Got a custom made mattress from here and we were severed by the fabulous Chantelle. Custom made but only took 3 weeks to deliver, we were amazed by the wonderful service and prices very competitive. Much better service then the nearby competitor stores which ultimately gave them the sale.

  Service isn't great, they are so quick when it comes to invoicing but never answer to your complaint (newly ordered bed frame being chipped, salesman being unkind etc.) until you knock on the door 5+ times. And it's been almost one month since I'm sleeping on my new bed, the mattress I've ordered doesn't feel the same as the one I've tried at the store so genuinely doubt that it is structured/made out of the same materials..
