::Always great service, not cheap though

::Worst service ever. Booked car in for service to brakes and transmission. Dropped car off at 8am went back at 4:30pm after not being able to get through on the phone. To be told car hadn't even been looked at. Lied to make excuses as to why. Turned out car needed new rotors and brake pads which was a safety concern so my planned trip to taupo the following day I needed to arrange alternative transport. After taking car to another service agent turns out Mitsubishi Wellington hadn't attached the tow bar correctly and or plugged in the reverse lights.
