  Don't go there if you're on a working holiday visa. They send you to an organisation where you have to pay 180$. Just go to another bank and safe yourself the trouble and the money...

  They do not want working holiday visa holders to open a bank account..

  Central Queen Street branch. Try to get an appointment before opening an account. Otherwise you might get turned away.
