  Terrible service and unable to help resolve problems. Do not waste your time with this bank or branch. I opened a new account with them, which was an arduous process, then they lost my bankcard, then they charged me a courier fee for the card they lost, then they can't verify my phone number, then they tell me wait 1 month to do international transfer - 2 months later still not able to do....Avoid this business if you value your time and money.

  Terrible service, really unhelpful staff, booked an appointment and had to wait over an hour past when I was meant to have it. Would give 0 stars if possible. Do not go here

  Had to wait an hour for an appointment, because they booked 3 appointments on the exact same time

  A small branch where, my first experience, did not go well. I'd just returned from London and - as a Westpac customer - was shocked when I walked towards the [customer-less] counter and the young Maori guy called to me saying "You right there?" Stunned, I said to him "I beg your pardon?" to which he repeated his form of a professional greeting. Imbecile! Let's be clear, I too am Maori, but far from the 'cuzzy bro' ilk of which he clearly stemmed so, I felt it necessary to give him a few etiquette lessons! Thankfully, on my second visit recently my learned friend was not there and I had a great experience. Efficient, concise, friendly and effective. The service and results were outstanding!   A great place for Banking. If you want to open an account, deposit money or cash withdrawal, every service is available here. Online transaction can be done 24 by 7. Need to take an appointment for customer service.
