  Reception will hang up the phone when they don't feel like answering it. Not even putting you to hold, they will answer, then slam the phone back down. Doctors are good but they need new receptionists ASAP.

  My boyfriend has had a good repor with his doctor at glen eden medical and he has been his patient for quite a long time. However he was completely let down by the receptionists! He suffers from extreme atopic dermatitis (ezcma) and it comes and goes sometimes disappearing and other times flaring up do badly he can barely move. He called reception 3 times for a re-perscription (as this is all he needs) and all he got was that they would call him back (which they never did) and never gave him a repeat prescription! Now he is in a lot of pain due to their incompetence, lack of empathy and lack of commitment to their job.

  Great place. Convenient due to lab plus, physiotherapist, midwives, dentist and pharmacy all being together. You can really get most of you health needs there. They are always friendly and the doctors are amazing

  This is for the chemist next door. Probably same sausage factory. Prescribe and sell next door.

  I am registered with Westview Medical Centre for more than a decade now. When I first joined, their services from the reception to the doctors were fantastic. However, I noticed a change of attitude and management in the reception level. Not only it's impossible to get an appointment when you are really sick, they are inflexible and do not go out of the way to help. "Sorry, we are fully booked today", is always the answer I hear. Nonetheless, I received great and attentive care from Dr Julie Curry. She phoned me personally to follow up on my blood test results. I was so impressed by her care. However, the front line peeps have to buck up! I cannot predict when I will fall sick and when i do, I really need to see a doc the same day not next week!
