  Very helpful & friendly staff here. The promotions on stationery & books are worth a visit if you are near Queen Street. No home inkjet printers for sale here though.

  An employee almost pushed me to the ground, and I said sorry even though she came at me I was almost stationary, she made sound "psss", then she proceeded to almost flatten a very old lady carrying a cane. I spoke to the old lady and she confirmed that she barely missed that narcotic narcissistic employee. She could've broken her hip.

  Still glad that there are book and mortar book stores, but so sad to see this once huge Queen St corner shop reduced to a hidden alley spot. Staff was friendly and helpful, but sadly the educational technology book I was hoping to find in a big store wasnt here. .. nor were any others even close to the topic other than Windows For Dummies. Oh well, still walked out with an interesting and funny book, "What If". Price feels high, but its imported of course.

  This is one of the oldest branches I can remember growing up in Auckland. Massive with a great selection. How can you not love the massive (waving) Santa Claus on the roof top yearly.

  It aint what it used to be thats for sure. World's changing i guess...dont quite know if its for better
