  Michael was very helpful and friendly when our fridge was having issues and although the fridge was beyond repair he gave us some excellent advice. I will be using him for any future problems i have.

  I had Michael come and repair a dishwasher for me. I found his service to be unbelievably fast, efficient and cheap and the dishwasher hasn't given me a single problem since. I have also had advice from Michael on other appliances and appreciate how honest and knowledgeable he has been - I would definitely recommend phoning him for advice even if you don't end up using him to repair the product (he will tell you straight up if it should be taken to the dump instead! but unlike a lot of people these days he will also recommend repair rather than just try to sell you a new one).
