::Dry cleaners had clothes for over 2 days - when I arrived past the time and day specified I was told the delivery was late and to expect my suit in "maybe an hour". Poor - particularly if I was needing the items for an interview or funeral? No courtesy text in case I'd made the special trip and no good will discount. Not impressed.
